KO WAI MĀTOU?

Kaitiaki Support Services Limited, trading as Kaitiaki Services, was established in response to the Covid-19 outbreak in Aotearoa New Zealand as our founder identified a lack of culturally responsive services provided to our communities in Hawkes Bay and Masterton.
Our mission is to provide a support service that encompasses the cultural aspects of Tiaki, Manaaki, Whānau and Aroha that can respond when and where they are needed. To build a strong capable business that has the capacity to grow and thrive in an ever-changing world “Agile not Fragile” and to be culturally responsive. Ensuring that Kawa and Tikanga are at the forefront when applying our services.
We are grounded by our core values of Aroha (Empathy and Compassion). Pono (Honesty and Integrity). Tika (Right and Proper) and Mana (Authoritative and Valid). Everything we deliver is founded on kaupapa Māori with a core focus on the wellbeing of our whānau and tamariki.
Kaitiaki Services is an organization that recognises the importance of working with and for our Whānau alongside Iwi, Hapori and the community. Policies and procedures for our organisation enables us to deliver a range of services in the Oranga Tamariki Social Services sector. In addition, we also provide Security at events through crowd control and to keep an event as safe as possible, further striving to make our community safer for our whānau and tamariki.
